    Did you know that just one routine maintenance visit a year can save you 10% on your annual fuel bills? During the time of your annual tune-up, we inspect your heating system to make sure it’s ready to operate safely and efficiently.

    If your burner, boiler, or furnace needs repair or replacement, our fully trained staff is at your service. For your convenience, you can even request HVAC equipment service online!
  • Service Plans
    We offer comprehensive service plans for your oil heating equipment. These service plans include your required system tune-ups and will keep your equipment running at peak efficiency.

5% Discount
The Silver Plan gives you a 5% discount on all parts not covered. Labor is billable at prevailing rate (discount does not apply to labor).
10% Discount
The Gold Plan gives you a 10% discount on all parts not covered. Labor is billable at prevailing rate (discount does not apply to labor).
15% Discount
The Platinum Plan gives you a 15% discount on all parts not covered. Labor is billable at prevailing rate (discount does not apply to labor).

Annual tune-up will be performed under this agreement. The customer will need to request their tune-up between March 15th and October 15th. Arbor Energy will schedule limited tune-ups during the heating season so we can respond to emergency and no-heat calls.

There are REDUCED charges for labor performed between 8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday during the heating season (September 1st to May 1st). If you request service after hours or on holidays or weekends, you will be charged at the prevailing rate. All parts are billable. For non-heating-season visits, parts and all labor will be billed at prevailing rate.

All emergency calls will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate.
During the heating season only you will have access to emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There will be no charge as long as it truly is an emergency, defined as: no heat or hot water, serious oil leaks, and/or customers with health-related issues or other dangerous situations. All other calls will be handled during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.
During the heating season only you will have access to emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our friendly and courteous service staff members are trained at state-approved heating and air conditioning schools. They are licensed by the state and are fully insured.
